The Reception Bell function adds a configurable button to the VisitorRego welcome screen, allowing people at your VisitorRego unit to notify staff when assistance is required.
Once the Reception Bell has been enabled and a button graphic has been selected, you can position and resize the button area on the screen. This article explains how to adjust the size and placement to ensure the button is correctly aligned and easily accessible on your welcome screen.
Positioning and resizing the Reception Bell button area can be a little tedious, so using a mouse is recommended for better control.
