Labels for your VisitorRego unit’s label printer can be easily reordered online to ensure your site always has sufficient supplies. We offer a selection of compatible label types in various sizes and formats to suit your units.
Orders can be paid via PayPal, Credit Card, or charged to your account using a Purchase Order number, giving you flexibility depending on your preferred method.

1. Go to the Label Ordering Page
Access the label ordering page directly: https://visitorrego.com/order-labels-new/
Alternatively, visit visitorrego.com and click the Order Labels button in the top-right corner.
2. Select Your Label Type
On the ordering page, you will see the available label types with images, descriptions, and prices. Click on the label type you wish to order to go to its dedicated product page.
3. Choose Quantity
Enter the desired quantity in the Quantity field or use the up/down arrows.
Click Add to Cart to add the specified quantity to your shopping cart. A confirmation will appear at the bottom of the screen.
4. View Your Cart
Click the View Cart button to review your order.
• Check the product, quantity, and subtotal.
• Quantities can be adjusted here by changing the number and clicking Update Cart.
• The cart also displays GST and Total amounts.
5. Proceed to Checkout
Click the Proceed to Checkout button once your cart is correct.
6. Enter Billing Details
Fill out all required fields marked with an asterisk (*):
• First Name, Last Name
• Company Name (optional)
• Country/Region, Street Address, Town/City, Region, Postcode
• Phone Number, Email Address
Delivery Address:
• If delivery is to a different address, check Deliver to a different address? and complete the additional fields.
Purchase Order Number (if charging to account):
• There is a field labeled Purchase Order Number just below Order Notes in the billing/delivery form.
• If you plan to select Charge to Account, enter your PO number here. This ensures the invoice is correctly associated with your order.
7. Review Your Order Summary
On the right-hand side, you will see a detailed summary of your order, including:
• Product subtotal
• Shipping fee (calculated based on your delivery address, e.g., Flat Rate: $7.40)
• GST
• Total
8. Select Your Payment Method
• Charge to Account: Click Place Order to submit. You will be invoiced.
• PayPal or Credit Card: Select the appropriate option, follow the prompts to enter payment details, then submit.
9. Order Confirmation
After submitting your order, you will be taken to a Thank You page confirming the order details, including:
• Order number and date
• Products ordered, quantities, and total cost
• Payment method
You will also receive an email confirmation with the same details.
Delivery Expectations
We aim to deliver orders within the following timeframes:
• New Zealand: 1–3 business days
• Australia: 3–5 business days
Please note these are estimated delivery times and can vary depending on factors outside our control, such as courier delays or high-volume periods.
