3. Remove the spool from the printer
4. Separate the spool, by pulling it apart
5. Remove the roll of labels from the spool
On the inside of the spool there is an arrow that indicates the unwind direction of the roll. This is the direction the labels need to be feeding out from.
6. Load the new roll of labels onto the spool, then put the other end of the spool back on tightly for a secure fit on either side of the roll.
7. Mount the loaded spool back into the printer
8.
Feed the loose end of the labels, label side down, into the slot.
As the labels are fed into the slot, the printer will sense the correct position and advance the labels accordingly.
If the labels do not automatically advance, press the label advance button.
9. Slide the label guide to the right edge of the label.
10. Close the label lid.
During the process of changing the label roll, a dialogue box may have appeared on the VisitorRego screen in the bottom right. Press Resume to resume printing once the label roll is changed.
