Authorisations tab
The Authorisations Tab in VR Portal provides access to six pages dedicated to efficiently managing contractor access. These pages include Authorisation Templates, which allows you to add and maintain authorisations that can be assigned to individuals or organisations requiring onsite access; Organisations, facilitating contractor access control at the organisational level; Individuals, which allows you to manage contractor access at the individual level; Onboard, for bulk addition and onboarding of individual contractors; Onboard Individual, providing a rapid solution for adding and onboarding individual contractors; and Sent Invites, offering a comprehensive view of all sent
onboarding email invitations. With this comprehensive suite of tools,
you can easily streamline and oversee contractor access.
Access the Authorisations tab
1. Using your web browser, navigate to website https://p.visitorrego.com/ and log into VR Portal.
2. Hover over Authorisations 
in the navigation menu on the left. You can then click on a section to access its page.
If
your VR portal login has access to more than one site you will be able
to toggle between sites using the site selector drop-down field.
To switch sites, click on the Sites drop-down field at the top left of the page, then select which site you wish to maintain.
Authorisation Templates
The Authorisation Templates page allows you to add and maintain specific
authorisations for individuals or organisations requiring onsite
access. These authorisations can encompass various requirements, such as
site inductions, flu vaccinations, or permits. You can also associate
PDF documents or questionnaires with authorisations, ensuring a
comprehensive compliance process.
Organisations
The Organisations page is dedicated to managing authorisations at the
organisational level. It provides the capability to add organisations
and assign and certify authorisations with ease. Additionally, it allows
you to send onboarding invitation emails to organization
representatives.
Individuals
The Individuals page allows you to efficiently add individuals and
assign and certify authorisations at the individual level as required.
It also enables you to send onboarding invitation emails to individuals.
Onboard
The Onboard page streamlines the bulk onboarding process for individuals
who require onsite authorisation. It allows you to add individuals in
bulk, assign a workflow (which is a set of authorisations), and send
them an onboarding invitation email.
Onboard Individual
The Onboard Individual page is designed to provide a quick and user-friendly solution for adding and onboarding individual contractors.
