Register tab
The Register tab in VR Portal is a comprehensive section dedicated to facilitating efficient onsite management and
visitor tracking. This feature-rich tab comprises three distinct pages: Onsite, providing real-time insights into current visitors; Sign-Ins
by Workflow, enabling customisable visitor history reports for past
activity analysis and export; and Sign-in Audit, ensuring enhanced
accountability and compliance management for all sign-ins and
contractor-related activities.
Access the Register tab
1. Using your web browser, navigate to website https://p.visitorrego.com/ and log into VR Portal.
2. Hover over Register 
in the navigation menu on the left. You can then click on a section to access its page.
If
your VR portal login has access to more than one site you will be able
to toggle between sites using the site selector drop-down field.
To switch sites, click on the Sites drop-down field at the top left of the page, then select which site you wish to maintain.
Onsite
The Onsite page provides a real-time register of all individuals
currently signed in at your site, delivering an immediate and accurate
overview of the present visitor count. This page seamlessly mirrors data
from your VisitorRego appliance, ensuring precision and up-to-date
information about everyone present on-site. With this valuable feature,
you can efficiently manage and track visitor flow throughout the day.
Sign-Ins by Workflow
The Sign-Ins by Workflow page serves as a powerful
reporting tool that provides comprehensive insights into all visitor
registrations recorded on your VisitorRego appliance. This feature
enables you to create customised reports for specific date ranges and
apply tailored filters using the search function, ensuring you get the
precise information you need. The page's export functionality allows you
to conveniently extract data in various formats, facilitating in-depth
analysis, seamless data sharing, and accurate record-keeping.
Sign-In Audit
The Sign-In Audit page within VR Portal offers a comprehensive and
transparent log of visitor sign-ins, contractor-related activities,
and authorisation changes. This invaluable feature enables you to
maintain a detailed audit trail, ensuring enhanced accountability and
compliance in your visitor management process.
