People Currently On Site

The Onsite page allows you to view a register of everyone who is currently signed in. The information is mirrored from your VisitorRego appliance allowing you to accurately see who is onsite.



Access Onsite


After logging in to VR Portal, you are automatically taken to the Onsite page. This is the default page you land on after logging in.

To navigate to the Onsite page if you are already logged in, please follow the steps below.

1. Hover over Register   in the navigation menu on the left.
2. Click on the section Onsite in the Register menu.

If your VR portal login has access to more than one site you will be able to toggle between sites using the site selector drop-down field.
To switch sites, click on the Sites drop-down field at the top left of the page, then select which site you wish to view.

Viewing a registration profile


Anyone who is currently signed in at your VisitorRego appliance will be displayed on the Onsite page. The details they used when signing in can be viewed at a glance.
to drill down on a specific person to see all information relating to their registration, simply click on their name to bring up their profile window and the information will be displayed.



A signed-in person can be signed-out manually by clicking on the Sign Out button.

To close the profile window, click the X at the top right of the window or click anywhere on the page outside of the window.

Search by specific person or organisation


To search for a specific person or organisation, enter some or all of the persons name or organisation into the search field at the top right of the page.
The page will change based off what you are entering as you actively type.

Sort information in a specific order


Information can be sorted by clicking the header of a column.
Clicking a column header once will sort the rows in ascending order. Clicking again will sort the rows in descending order.

Exporting a report


To export all information currently displayed on the page, click the Export drop-down field found at the top right of the page.



There are several ways the information can be exported.

Copy - The information is copied to clipboard, allowing you to paste it into another application.
CSV - The information is exported to a CSV file which can be accessed using Excel.
PDF - The information is exported to a PDF file.
Print - The information is printed out.

Click on your desired exporting option to export the report.

Understanding the Sign-Ins by Workflow columns


Name - Name of the individual signed-in.
Company - Organisation or company the individual is a member of.
Phone - Phone number of the individual.
Vehicle - The identity of the individuals vehicle, typically the car registration.
Time In - The time and date that the individual signed in.
Meeting With - The staff member the individual met with.
°C - The temperature recorded by the integrated temperature thermometer.
Note - Note generated by the sign-in process (e.g. when the individual has been denied access).

Show/Hide columns


Columns can be hidden from view by clicking on the Show/hide columns drop-down field.
To hide a column, click on the column name. The text will change from black to grey to indicate that it will not be displayed.

To restore visibility of all columns, click on Restore visibility.

The amount of sign-in records that are shown per page can be changed by clicking on the Show 100 rows drop-down field, then by clicking on the number of records you would like to be shown.

Note: your desired column view and records per page will be saved in your browser. The same view will be displayed the next time you view Sign-Ins by Workflow.
