Sign-In Audit

The Sign-In Audit page in VR Portal provides a detailed log of all visitor registrations and contractor-related activities, ensuring enhanced accountability and compliance within your visitor management process. This comprehensive audit trail captures visitor sign-ins, registration notes, and newly granted authorisations with certification and expiration details. Seamlessly track changes to authorisations for contractors and monitor all interactions at your site.



Access Sign-In Audit


1. Using your web browser, navigate to website https://p.visitorrego.com/ and log into VR Portal.
2. Hover over Register   in the navigation menu on the left.
3. Click on Sign-In Audit in the Register menu.

If your VR portal login has access to more than one site you will be able to toggle between sites using the site selector drop-down field.
To switch sites, click on the Sites drop-down field at the top left of the page, then select which site you wish to view.

Viewing the Sign-In Audit


Event logs of all visitor registrations and contractor-related activities are presented in a comprehensive and organised manner. The page displays the data in a combined chronological and alphabetical order, ensuring a clear and systematic view of each event.

The event logs you can expect to see on the Sign-In Audit page encompass a wide range of activities. Maintenance logs provide details about changes made to contractors' information and questionnaire completions, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance management. Authorization logs track the assignment of authorizations and their respective expiry dates, facilitating access control and security measures. Sign-in logs offer valuable insights into sign-in events, revealing whether individuals were checked for authorizations and if any access was denied.

Using the Search field


To view logs for a specific individual, organisation or activity, enter some or all of the persons name or organisation into the search field at the top right of the page.
The report will change based off what you are entering as you actively type.



Filter by a specific date range


To view logs that occurred within a certain time frame, use the date range pickers which are found near the top of the page above the column headers.



To set your date range, start by clicking on the from date picker button, then select the from date.
Once your from date is set, click the to date picker button, then select the to date.

Sort information in a specific order


Information can be sorted by clicking the header of a column.
Clicking a column header once will sort the rows in ascending order. Clicking again will sort the rows in descending order.

Exporting a report


To export all information currently displayed on the page, click the Export drop-down field found at the top right of the page.



There are several ways the information can be exported.

Copy - The information is copied to clipboard, allowing you to paste it into another application.
CSV - The information is exported to a CSV file which can be accessed using Excel.
PDF - The information is exported to a PDF file.
Print - The information is printed out.

Click on your desired exporting option to export the report.

Understanding the columns


Source: The Source column indicates the name or identifier of the individual, company, or system involved in the recorded activity.

Date/Time: The Date/Time column displays the specific date and time when the recorded activity occurred.

Activity: The Activity column provides a brief description or type of action that took place, such as sign-in, maintenance update, or authorization status change.
