Dashboard tab
The Dashboard tab in VR Portal consists of two essential sections, SignIns and Hours. These pages provide users with comprehensive reporting and insights by utilising line charts to present valuable data, simplifying the tracking and analysis of critical information for users.
Access the Dashboard tab
1. Using your web browser, navigate to website https://p.visitorrego.com/ and log into VR Portal.
2. Hover over Dashboard 
in the navigation menu on the left. You can then click on a section to access its page.
If
your VR portal login has access to more than one site you will be able
to toggle between sites using the site selector drop-down field.
To switch sites, click on the Sites drop-down field at the top left of the page, then select which site you wish to maintain.
SignIns
The SignIns page focuses on reporting the number of sign-ins within
specified time frames. It uses line charts to display this data,
illustrating sign-in trends over the last 24 hours, 30 days, or 90 days.
Each line on the chart corresponds to a specific workflow, enabling
users to monitor sign-ins for individual workflows.
Hours
The Hours page reports the duration of on-site
visits. Using line charts, this page visually represents the amount of
time people spend on-site. Users can select different time ranges, such
as the last 24 hours, 30 days, or 90 days, to view data for specific
periods.
