PreRegister tab

The PreRegister tab in VR Portal gives users access to two options for preregistering guests which are PreRegister and RSVP.

Access the PreRegister tab

1. Using your web browser, navigate to website https://p.visitorrego.com/ and log into VR Portal.
2. Hover over PreRegister in the navigation menu on the left. You can then click on a section to access its page.

If your VR portal login has access to more than one site you will be able to toggle between sites using the site selector drop-down field.
To switch sites, click on the Sites drop-down field at the top left of the page, then select which site you wish to maintain.

PreRegister

the PreRegister page serves the function of creating and managing meetings in VR Portal. Users can use this page to invite guests to pre-register themselves. The Meetings Calendar and Meetings List provide an overview of scheduled meetings, allowing users to view and manage them efficiently. Additionally, the page allows users to edit and remove scheduled meetings as needed. Overall, the PreRegister page streamlines the process of organising pre-registrations within VR Portal.

The PreRegistration function allows guests to complete the registration process before arriving on-site. By sending meeting invitations through VR Portal or Outlook, guests receive an email with a link that takes them to a pre-registration website. On this website, they can access their unique QR code, which can be scanned directly from their smartphone screen upon arrival. The pre-registration website provides guests with all necessary site access information, allows them to enter personal details for registration, and view and accept company-specific health and safety information. This streamlined process ensures a hassle-free and efficient visitor experience.

RSVP

The RSVP page in VR Portal allows you to pre-register guests in bulk prior to them arriving onsite. You can then pre-print labels for the guests so that all they need to do is scan their label to sign-in once they arrive onsite.
