An Overview of Loading Staff
When a person signs in, they specify the staff member they are meeting with. Following registration, notifications
can be sent to the designated staff member via email, text message
(SMS), or a combination of both, informing the staff member that the
visitor has arrived.
In

available for loading staff members into the VisitorRego system,
ensuring an up-to-date and accurate staff list.
Staff
details can be added and maintained in various ways, depending on your
VisitorRego configuration. Below are the methods available:
Online through VR Portal:
Recommended as the primary method for maintaining staff due to its user-friendly interface accessible through the VR Portal website.
Directly through Admin mode in the software itself:
Provides an alternative approach for maintaining staff, particularly useful in configurations where a direct VR Portal connection isn't available.
Loaded from Active Directory:
Streamlines staff updates by automating the process, allowing for the direct import of staff from your Active Directory using LDAP filtering.
