Reports Menu

The Reports menu in VisitorRego's Admin Mode allows you to generate reports directly through the software when access to VR Portal is unavailable, such as in environments with restricted internet access

 

Visitor On Site	Prints a report of all visitors currently signed in as on-site.
Visitor History	Creates a report of visitors for a specific date range.
Access Cards	Creates a report of visitors that have been issued access cards by a specific date range.
Access Cards - by Card	Creates a report of visitors that have been issued access cards by a specific card number.
Access Cards - by Individual	Creates a report of visitors that have been issued access cards by individuals.
Custom Reports	Can create a report written to meet a specific requirement.
Reports	Allows you to create and edit visitor label templates that are printed when visitors sign in.
