The Staff tab consists of two pages: Staff List and In / Out Board. The Staff List allows you to manage the staff list referenced on your
VisitorRego appliance. The In / Out Board provides a convenient display of
each staff member's status, indicating whether they are currently
signed in or signed out, facilitating real-time monitoring of staff
presence.
2. Hover over
Staff in the navigation menu on the left. You can then click on a section to access its page.
If
your VR portal login has access to more than one site you will be able
to toggle between sites using the site selector drop-down field.
To switch sites, click on the Sites drop-down field at the top left of the page, then select which site you wish to maintain.
Staff List
The
Staff List page allows you to maintain the staff list referenced on your VisitorRego appliance. you are able to add new staff, edit existing staff details, and delete staff entries effortlessly. You can effectively manage the staff list, ensuring its accuracy and keeping it up-to-date.
In / Out Board
The
In / Out Board page offers a convenient and
real-time display of your staff's sign-in and sign-out status. With a
quick glance, you can identify which staff members are currently on-site
and who are off-site. This valuable tool allows you to monitor staff
presence effectively, streamlining internal communication and enhancing
overall security and facility management. Keep track of your staff's
movements effortlessly with this intuitive and practical in/out board
feature.
