The
Emergency Tab in VR Portal gives you access to the emergency report,
which encompasses three individual pages. The
Currently Onsite page
displays a list of all registered people on-site, enabling you to mark
individuals as accounted for during the roll call process. The
NOT
Accounted For page provides a detailed view of individuals who haven't
been marked as accounted for after the initial roll call, assisting in
locating potential on-site occupants requiring immediate attention.
Lastly, the
Accounted page shows individuals who have been marked as
accounted for during the roll call, offering a clear overview of
verified individuals. Utilising these three pages, the Emergency Report
facilitates swift and efficient responses during critical situations,
enhancing emergency preparedness, and ensuring the safety of both staff
and visitor
2. Hover over
Emergency in the navigation menu on the left. You can then click on a section to access its page.
If
your VR portal login has access to more than one site you will be able
to toggle between sites using the site selector drop-down field.
To switch sites, click on the Sites drop-down field at the top left of the page, then select which site you wish to maintain.
