Loading Staff from Active Directory - AD Quick Load
As many companies have a large number of staff, loading them individually is an impractical task. To mitigate this, VisitorRego can pull the staff list from an Active Directory to populate the staff list. The instructions in this article guide you to effortlessly load staff from Active Directory with a quick push of a button, assuming your Active Directory settings have been configured beforehand.
Before using the quick load method, ensure the VisitorRego workstation is part of the network from which it will download the staff list. Additionally, ensure the Active Directory settings in VisitorRego are configured to specify which staff to pull and their respective locations. For detailed guidance, refer to this article.
From VisitorRego's Admin mode choose Options> Staff tab> AD Setup button> Load Staff button
The loading process will commence, and upon completion, a window will display the number of staff successfully loaded:
