The Languages feature allows multiple language versions of Health & Safety induction slides to be configured within VisitorRego.
When enabled, language selection buttons are displayed during the Health & Safety induction process, allowing people signing in to select their preferred language version of the induction content.
Up to 5 language options can be configured, including the default language.
Accessing the Language Settings
1. From VisitorRego’s
Admin mode, select
Options to open the
System Setup menu.
2. Navigate to the
Language tab.
The Language settings page will now be displayed.
Default Language
The Default Language setting controls the primary language used for built-in VisitorRego interface text.
This includes various buttons, prompts, messages, menu items, and interface text throughout both Self Registration and Admin Mode.
Some areas of VisitorRego may still be controlled separately through customised graphics, workflows, or other multilingual configuration options.
Changing the Default Language will reload VisitorRego and apply the selected language where translated interface elements are available.
Available language options may vary depending on system version and installed language support.
Multiple Language Workflows
The Multiple Language Workflows option enables multilingual Health & Safety language selection during sign-in.
When enabled, language selection buttons can be displayed during the Health & Safety induction process, allowing users to switch between configured language versions.
Language Button Text
The Language Button Text fields define the text displayed on each language selection button during the Health & Safety induction process.
Example:
English
Mandarin
Français

These buttons are shown to the user during sign-in, allowing them to select their preferred language version of the induction content.
The Language Button Suffix fields are used internally by the multilingual language workflow system.
Depending on system configuration and version, these values may be required as part of multilingual workflow setup.
