The Visitor History report in VisitorRego's Admin Mode allows you to generate detailed reports of all visitor registrations within a specified date range. The report provides an overview of all sign-ins and sign-outs that occurred during the defined period, enabling you to review visitor history. Once generated, the report can be printed or saved for your records.

Generating the Visitor History Report
To generate the Visitor History report from VisitorRego's Admin mode, select Reports > Visitor History.A window will appear displaying a calendar, allowing you to select a date or date range.
To select the date range for your report, you can either click and drag your mouse from the start date to the end date, or click on the start date, hold down the Shift key, and then click on the end date to select the entire range. Alternatively, you can type the start and end dates directly into the 'From' and 'To' fields to define the date range for your report.
Once the date range has been set, select the Print Preview button to generate the full page report.
Viewing the Visitor History Report
The Visitor History report lists all people who registered between the dates specified along with the details pertaining to their registration..
Below is a list of all of the columns that are shown on the Register window:
Name - The full name of the registrant.
Company - Name of the company the registrant is representing.
Phone - Contact phone number of the registrant.
Days Issued - Tracks how many days an access card has been issued to the visitor.
Meeting With - The name of the staff member being visited.
Date - The date the registrant signed in.
Time In - The time the registrant signed in.
Out - The time the registrant signed out.
Printing or Saving the Visitor History Report
To print the report, select the printer icon at the top of the print preview window.
