How to Check What Version of VisitorRego is Currently Installed

This article will guide you through the process of finding out which version of VisitorRego is installed on your system. This information may be requested by the VisitorRego support team for specific tasks, such as upgrades or troubleshooting.

Follow the steps below to easily check your current version:


1. Click or tap the VisitorRego.com name in the top left corner of the Self-Registration screen. This action will toggle you out of Self-Registration mode, granting access to Admin Mode,

If Self-Registration mode is password-protected on your VisitorRego system, enter the password into the name field. Then, click or tap on the VisitorRego.com name in the top left corner of the screen to toggle out. Avoid clicking on other fields or buttons during this process.

2. In the Admin Mode window, select Help > About.



3. Once the About window opens, the version and build details will be shown along with other subscription info.



4. Take note of the version and build number shown in the following field.



You may find it easier to take a screenshot of the about screen.

5. Click or tap File > Self Registration to be taken back into Self-Registration mode.
