Updating Site Association
After installing VisitorRego or connecting a site to VRP, it is important to ensure the correct site is selected so that the software functions properly.
In most cases, after connecting a site to VRP and restarting the software, it will detect the site mismatch and bring up the below prompt. Simply click the Update button to chose the correct site.
You can select the site manually from VisitorRego's Admin mode. Go to Options> System Setup> General tab, then expand the General section.
Click the Site drop down box and select your site.
Close out of the System Setup window to hold the changes.
The site should now be changed and you should see the site name in the title bar of the Admin mode window.
