VisitorRego prints a label for each person when they sign in. These labels are printed from a roll loaded into the printer of the unit.
VisitorRego tracks the number of labels remaining on the roll using a label count, which counts down each time a label is printed. This helps you keep track of how many labels are left and know when to change the roll.
The current count is displayed in the bottom left corner of the Welcome screen.
When you load a new roll, reset the label count using one of the two methods below.
Option 1: Reset from the Welcome Screen
1. Double-tap the label count number in the bottom left corner of the Welcome screen (like you are double clicking using a mouse).
2. A prompt will appear asking if you'd like to reset the print queue. Tap Yes.

3. A second prompt will appear. Tap Yes to confirm.
The label count will reset and any pending print jobs in the queue will be cleared.
Option 2: Reset from Admin Mode
1. From VisitorRego's Admin mode, select File > Reset Label Count.

2. A prompt will appear asking if you'd like to reset the print queue. Tap Yes.

3. A second prompt will appear. Tap Yes to confirm.

The label count will reset and any pending print jobs in the queue will be cleared.
If your VisitorRego unit uses a different label roll size, contact the VisitorRego
support team and they can advise on setting the correct default.
