Name records can be filtered by First Name, Last Name and Company using the
radio buttons to the right of the date fields. After clicking one of the
filter options, you would then click on a letter to show all
people that meet the filter criteria.
You
can also sort the data by clicking on any of the column headers.
It
is possible to search for a specific name within the specified data
that is currently showing by entering text into the search field.
By clicking the green Excel logo (top right) you can export your specified
data to an Excel spreadsheet.
To
delete a name record, highlight the entire row using the row selector
(the cell to the left of the record to be deleted). Right click, then
click 'Delete Row', or press the delete key on your keyboard.
