Multiple Email Addresses
It is possible to email two staff members for the one registration. This is useful when a staff members PA or EA also needs to receive the email notification that a visitor has arrived.
From Admin mode, choose File> Maintain Staff. In the email field you can add the second email address in after the first email address, separated by a semi colon, as below.
Make sure you check the box marked ‘Maintain by VR’ to the far right of the staff member, to hold this information in the system so VisitorRego doesn’t automatically overwrite it next time you do a staff load.
This can also be applied to the SMS notification using the same format.
