Auto-certify Individuals using Questionnaires

Auto-certify Individuals using Questionnaires

Authorisations can be set up to be automatically certified when an individual is onboarded. There are several ways in which individuals can be automatically certified through the process of onboarding. One of these ways is by having the individual answer a series of multi-choice questions which relate to the authorisation they are being certified for.

When an individual is onboarded and a questionnaire is associated with the authorisation they are being certified for, the individual can be sent an invitation email which will take them to the My Sign-in website where they can read the definition (induction) document, then complete the questionnaire to be automatically certified.

Questionnaires are set up to require a 100% pass mark before the individual can submit the form. That way, once they have submitted the questionnaire, the individual has met the mandatory requirements and can be automatically certified.

Questionnaires can be set up by the VisitorRego support team for a small cost. Please contact the VisitorRego support team if you'd like one set up.
For a questionnaire to be set up, you will need to provide a series of questions and the possible answers for each of them. We will also need to know which of the answers is the correct one.
VisitorRego support will create the questionnaire based off the questions and answers you provide. We will also help you associate the questionnaire with the authorization through VR Portal.

Below is an example of a question and its multi-choice answers:

To view an example of an entire questionnaire, please click here.
You will notice at the bottom of the questionnaire it states the questionnaire is 'Not Completed'. The questionnaire will state that it is not completed until all of the questions have been answered correctly.

After answering all of the questions correctly, the message will change to 'Completed', a field will appear for the individual to digitally sign, and a 'Submit' button will be shown that allows the individual to submit the completed questionnaire. Upon submission of the questionnaire, the individual will automatically be certified.
