Event Register

Event Register

VisitorRego’s Event Register feature lets you quickly register attendees for an event. Enter the event name once, and then add each attendee. A label is printed for every registered person, making the check-in process efficient and streamlined.

Register Attendees for an Event

You can register attendees for an event by following the steps below:

1. From VisitorRego's
Admin mode, Select File > Event Register.

2. In the Event Register window, enter the event name in the Event field.

3. Type the attendees name into the Name field or select it from the drop-down list.

4. Click Register to register the attendee and print a label.

5. The Name field will clear for the next entry, while the Event field retains the event name.

You can then continue registering any further attendees for the event.

The event name you enter is listed as the 'meeting with' person in registration reports.
